Q: How hard is it to land a job at Abercrombie?
Hi, i was going to apply to work at Abercrombie and i was just wondering how hard it is to get accepted?
A: it's not hard at all. really the only requirements are that you have to be somewhat good looking, and not extremely obese. thats what my manager tells me all the time. you also have to be outgoing and have a great personality. you won't be doing much working there, just folding clothes, working the register and doing what we call go-backs. really easy stuff.

Abercrombie and Hollister are a brand that lots of teenagers
and adults and even kids wear.
Lots of people were wearing it for a long time and says they are so pretty.
Why is it so popular?
A: People are fashion clueless in Coprorate America... If there's an article of clothing with a brand splashed over it and the prices are jacked up (without even upping the quality of the clothing) it MUST be something awesome! And if everyone's wearing it then you should wear it too! So what if it's ugly? Look at Ugg boots.
The people who wear Abercrombie and Hollister are the people who "love" fashion but are sadly mistaking those brands for real fashion. Unfortunately there are just too many people like this...

A: I believe you have to be 18 for abercrombie but I am not sure about the age for Abercrombie kids. They only look for attractive people and you have to be really good looking and have some sex appeal.
Q: Do you have to wear flip flops if you work at Abercrombie?
I notice that all the employees at Abercrombie are wearing flip flops. I think it is hot especially on the guys. Is this a dress code requirement for the employees? I think the guys should go shirtless as a requirement.
A: Haha, I agree with you. I'm pretty sure you have to wear flip-flops. Before my Aunt went to college last year, she worked at Hollister for quite a while. Hollister is about the same as Abercrombie, only a bit cheaper. She had to wear flip-flops. She was complaining about having to wear them in Winter, since her feet got so cold.
Q: What is so metrosexual about Abercrombie & Fitches clothes?
I don't get it. I really like their polo shirts and I buy and wear them. Though, some people refer to Abercrombie & Fitches clothing as being very metrosexual. What is so metrosexual about their clothes?
A: Ugh, personallyyy, i think that's bull. Hahha the only reason people say that is become you look nice & that you actually care what you look like unlike a lot of guys. I'm a girl and i appreciate a guy who spends more than 2 seconds throwing on random clothes together.

Q: I just started working at Abercrombie kids and I was wondering if I could use my discount card online?
I just got my A&F associate discount card and i've already used to the discount in my store, but I wanted buy a few things online, can I use it for an online discount?
This question is for other Abercrombie employees.
A: I work at Hollister and we are under the A&F brand as well.... but no you can not use your discount online.... I wish we could though ... but you have to be checked out at the store by a manager to use any discount
Q: Why can't stores like Abercrombie and Hollister make bigger sizes in their clothes?
Their sizes run so small and their shirts only go up to a large.
My sister is skinny and wears a medium every where else, but she has to wear a large at Abercrombie and Hollister.
If they made bigger sizes, they would get even more business than they already do.
I just think its annoying.

A: i think abercrombie and hollister are stupid in thinking that if they make sexy revealing clothes that are really small they'll get more money. not everyone in the world is a stick. (and im not just saying that...im not fat.)
I think they would because more big people could shop there.

Q: How do I accomplish the Abercrombie & Fitch Store look in my bedroom?

A: Black wood floors. Paint the walls gray and maybe just leave the ceiling white.
Add random palm trees everywhere and black leather seats. If you can, hang a moose somewhere. Arrange your clothes like they do in A&F. Don't use drawers or closets for them.
Spray lots of Fierce around! Fierce is the current scent in the store. I suggest you buy 4 $50 bottles to last you half a year (not for yourself but for the room) possibly more if your room is bigger. A&F sprays cologne everyday.
For an added touch you can add a hot picture of a guy/girl or maybe even yourself (make sure it's a black and white pic tho).

A: Hollister models wear more clothes than Abercrombie models, Abercrombie clothes are generally better quality, are more expensive, and popular. They mostly have the same clothes, though besides those reasons.

A: Yes, you can. Almost everytime I go there, I go to the back of the store and find tons of tees, kints, and tank tops for 9.90, and sometimes even 6.90. I found a super cute polo at hollister once for 6.90!

I used to wear Abercrombie clothes, but they don't fit me and it's no longer my style. What should I do with them?
A: Give them to the Salvation Army (don't get any $$)
Try giving them to Plato's Closet (but usually they are very picky and will give you very little $$)
Sell them in a gragae sale
I would suggest just giving them to the Salvation Army so you can get rid of them. You won't get much $$ and it probably wouldn't be worth the hassle of like a garage sale.
