Are they afraid if congress has time to read the bills they would not be approved on the bases of being UNCONSTITUTIONAL? or what?

Q: PS3 - What are the best games on play against people online?
So far I only have GTA4 for my PS3 but want to make use of the PSN. I'm into all types of games especially sports games and want to get the new PES although am also considering FIFA09. Also i'm really looking forward to Fight Night Round 4 coming out next year. Any recommendations for PS3 games which can be played online?
A: Try Call of Duty 4, there tons of servers (which are full all the time) and many people still play it. It worth buying and you can level up, finish challenge and added new skins to your favorite guns such as Golden colour and lots more. I brought it for my PC and the features will be still the same for PS3. Give it a try!

A: Hey, chill, you should'nt be worrying so much over the summer, especially something you did in gym class. Believe me, you probably weren't the only one who didn't get it, if it's as complicated as you say. And if you do it again, the teacher will go over it. Plus, it's not the only thing you do in gym class, so if you just can't get it, there's always soccer or something. Don't worry, and next year hang out with one of your friends who knows what they're doing so you can copy. But just chill, SERIOUSLY, this is'nt something you majorly need to be worrying over. Good Luck!! Hope this helps!!!

Q: So now that the war drums for Iran are starting, how long before the US/Israel preemptively attacks?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090302/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/mullen_iran
The top U.S. military official said Sunday that Iran has sufficient fissile material for a nuclear weapon, declaring it would be a "very, very bad outcome" should Tehran move forward with a bomb.
A: The whole goal of Iran and their nuclear program is to hasten the coming of the 12th Imam. War is their goal.
Q: Can transfer students double/dual major at the 4-year college?
I am a HS Senior. I am going to go to a community college in the Fall because college costs are ridiculously high. I want to know if transfer students (who have their associates degree) can double major at a 4-year university. I am torn between the Recreation Management Major & Physical Education Major and can't choose...I have been working for my county's Parks & Rec. for a few years now as a Soccer/Basketball Instructor (similar to a PE Teacher) and as a Field/Gym Supervisor (similar to a Recreation Manager/Director)....I have enjoyed both a lot and I look forward going to work after school everyday...So can transfer students double major? I am going to go to school in Virginia if that helps...
A: Actually you should drop back a little and ask why are you getting an Associates Degree. If you are going to get the four year degree, an Associates Degree is pretty much a waste of time.
What you should do is get a copy of the 4 year degree curriculum sheet from the school you are going to go to. Then find the Community College courses that will transfer. Ignore the Community College curriculum because there will be courses on the Assoc. Degree that won't transfer.
The double major is a separate issue. That's pretty much up to you. If you declare a double major, that's pretty much it. You need to use both curriculum sheets to select Community college courses.
Be sure you understand the transfer rules of the 4 year school. Only so many credits will transfer and most of the Jr/Sr courses must be in residence etc.
Q: I got a tailbone injury and I can't run and I have to go bowling tomarrow with my class, what should I do?
Well, this is what happened yesterday. I was in PE and we had to get in groups of three and do thing thing where you bounce a ball and never mind about that, about 10 minutes later I was chasing my groups ball and Justin, this weird guy in the grade above me, was running trying to catch his groups ball in the other direction and I didn't see him and we ran into each other, he went falling forward and I went falling backwards, he landed on his head I landed on my butt. He's fine, I'm not. As I said, I can't run, bend over, lean back, but I can walk and sit and talk still. How long should it take to stop hurting and what should I do about the bowling thing with my class tomarrow, and I have a dance on Friday, and I have to go to a Christmas thing that we always do late.
A: OUCH ! That's gotta hurt*! It will get worse over night and you'll be in more pain tomorrow. There is no way you'll be able to bowl or go to a dance on Friday. Your best bet is to take something for the pain(advil or tylonol every 4-6hrs) put ice on your tailbone every 20min on then 20 min off then 20 min on again..to take swelling down. IT's going to be a nasty bruise and very painful to do much of anything..even sitting will be uncomfortable/painful. You should get it checked out if you start to feel pain down your legs, or numbness. It will take quite sometime to heal tho. Best see your doctor. Take care~ Good Luck~
Q: Physical Education or Recreation Management major?
I am a HS Senior...I can't decide on which of these two majors I want to go into....I have been working for my county's Parks & Rec. for a few years now as a Soccer/Basketball Instructor (similar to a PE Teacher) and as a Field/Gym Supervisor (similar to a Recreation Manager/Director)....I have enjoyed both a lot and I look forward going to work after school everyday...I just can't decide...Which major should I choose? How hard is it too find work after graduating from college with a Recreation Management Major? What about a Physical Education Major?....I also love working with kids and planning/organizing things...Help/Suggestions from anyone is appreciated....
A: You might take a look at the required courses at the school you want to attend - they may be posted on the web site, or you could request they send you a catalog. There are probably some anatomy/physiology type classes as part of the Phys Ed, and probably some business type classes as part of the Rec Management. See which sounds like more what you want to study.
Q: Why Kinetic and Potential energy will never be Zero when added?
Scenario1: Lets say a man(M1) is at the top of an incline in a sled. A second man(M2) is standing at the bottom of the incline. We agree that based on the frame of refrence of M2, M1 has Potential (mgh) but no kinetic energy. When M1 slides down the incline it moves a certain distance which means it acquired KE(mv^2/2). Therefore,(mgh=mv^2/2), which is the formula for ME. We take in account the law of conservation of energy which says energy can not be created or destroyed but can be changed from one form to another. That was proven in scenarion1.
Scenario2: M1 is still at the top of the incline, but M2 starts moving. With the mvmt M2, forward, M1 has both PE(mgh) and KE(mv^2/2). Then M1 Slides down the incline. At the bottom, both M1 and M2 move with the same velocity which means M1 is not moving relative to M2. In that case M1 has no KE at the bottom relative to M2. This makes the eq(mgh+mv^2/2=0). This means that the energy has vanished which cannot be. Prove Scenario 2 wrong
A: So you want to do the problem in a reference frame that is moving. That fine, but.....
Now you have to consider the work done by the normal force of the ramp on M1. When the ramp was stationary, it didn't do any work. Now that's it's moving in your reference frame, things get more complicated.
So M1 starts with potential AND kinetic energy in your moving reference frame. As it falls, the ramp does negative work on it, so that at the bottom, it has neither potential nor kinetic energy.
Q: Do you belong to the "new Church of Global Warming"?
A: Nope!!!!!
Q: What would a good bathing suit (bikini) choice be for a c-cup?
I am a 34-c ... every year I get a halter. the stringy hlter didn't work out so well. I had to wave cannon balls goodbye. The halter with strings made from the actual fabric (example: http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/ref=br_1_8/602-1754142-8471806?ie=UTF8&frombrowse=1&asin=B000GLBKRK) worked ALOT better, but I still wasn't thrilled. You see, The halter allowed me to tie it tighter without my skin being squeezed in the back. VERY UNATTRACTIVE. But since I tied it tighter (in order to have the correct support up front ... although im not expecting a Secret Embrace quality lift or anything) it was pulled back in the front, where i was constantly pulling the suit forward to keep covered.
Are these even an option in my case? I can sacrafice cannon balls for this (i heard they're loose)

Do you thin I should just get one with a bigger cup like this?

Or do you think I'm simply getting the wrong size?! I get a medium I think.
oops i miss typed the first link

A: You should try a banded halter like this one http://store.alloy.com/item.do?categoryID=1369&itemID=46939&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter= . That is what I use and I am a 36C and it works perfectly fine for me. It is cute and keeps everything where it should be at the same time.
Q: Challenging question 4!!?
A rugby player is running due north at 7 m/s and make a pass on a bearing of 110 degrees throwing the ball at 6 m/s. Find the direction the ball travels relative to the ground then find out from a PE teacher whether this forward pass is legitimate.
A: 110 degrees with reference to North is actually slightly south (by 20 degrees).
North constituent of the travel is 7 - 6*sin(20)
= 4.95 m/s
East constituent of the travel is 6*cos(20)
= 5.64 m/s
Ball is traveling at arctan(5.64/4.95)
= 48.7 degrees relative to ground.
I believe this would be a forward pass, which is against the rules.
Q: I got a bruised tailbone, what should I do?
Well, this is what happened yesterday. I was in PE and we had to get in groups of three and do thing thing where you bounce a ball and never mind about that, about 10 minutes later I was chasing my groups ball and Justin, this weird guy in the grade above me, was running trying to catch his groups ball in the other direction and I didn't see him and we ran into each other, he went falling forward and I went falling backwards, he landed on his head I landed on my butt. How long should it take to stop hurting and what should I do about the bowling thing with my class tomarrow, and I have a dance on Friday, and I have to go to a Christmas thing that we always do late.
A: There really isn't much you can do other than to avoid injuring it again, and taking extra care not to aggravate it by for example, rubbing it against the back of a chair, etc. You can consider alternating "icing" it down/heating it up (like one of those Icy-Hot packs or something) if you can stand that sort of thing to that area. Depending on the severity of the injury, the pain can last awhile (say if you broke it) or it may go away quickly. Most likely it will take a few days. If it takes longer you may want to seek a doctor's advice (as opposed to Yahoo! Answers advice).
If the pain bothers you, you can take a pain reliever (Tylenol, Advil, barring allergies). Consider taking some painkillers beforehand (in anticipation) if you think you'll have more pain by doing the bowling/dance or Christmas thing (wow it's mid-January already and you're still doing Christmas stuff?--but anyway that's beside the point).
Hope you feel better.
Q: PES or FIFA?
Which do you prefer and why?
What are you looking more forward to FIFA 09 or PES 09 and why?
A: pes 2008 i'm sure not (pes 09)... well i play both games but ..if you want more challange as a team and realistic one's
i'm sure pes 2008...but the minor of this game you need a huge patch to make it perfect i almost install patch 3GB...
